I spent my day calling around to get estimates to drill our well that seems to have had a leak. I called a dozen companies. Only one of them has called me back (it was within 5 minutes of my call, too). Not only was I fortunate enough to get a quick call back, he was in the area and at our place in under 20 minutes. After assessing our Well, he wanted to try something first and replumbed it in. In ONE HOURS time - from the time I first called him - we had water again. He could have taken our money, told us we needed a new well drilled, but he didn't. He saw a potential issue and worked through it first. We are beyond grateful.
